Rim Ben Ayed Mouelhi est Professeure d’Économie et de Méthodes Quantitatives à l’ISCAE - Université de la Manouba, elle est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Economie de l’Université de Bourgogne en France. Elle est professeure invitée en France.
Elle est consultante auprès de plusieurs organismes nationaux et internationaux (ITES, ITCEQ, BM, PNUD, BAD, ILO, …). Elle est membre dans des réseaux de recherche internationaux (ERF, FEMISE, T20 Africa, EMNES…).
Elle a publié dans plusieurs revues internationales (Econometric Reviews, Economic Modeling, Labour Economics, Journal of African Economies, …). Ses travaux de recherche portent principalement sur l’emploi, la participation de la femme au marché du travail, la productivité, la performance des PME, l’entreprenariat et les changements structurels.
Elle est aussi active dans la vie associative (Association de Promotion de l’Innovation et de la Qualité (APIQ ISCAE), Association « Nouvelle Chance », Association Tunisienne des Sourds et Muets (ATAS Ariana), ...).
